Connector Improvement: Freshchat Lite - Add Conversation Properties

We are using the Freshchat Connector to analyze our Call Center data, however it appears to be missing some of the most critical data: "Conversation Properties". This is a way for the team to tag calls so that we can know the category the calls fall under, let's say the percentage of our calls that result in orders. This information will allow us to set up better call flows and make better profiling for our call center agents, which is high priority for our operations and analysis.
