Dashboard Improvement: Usage Estimator tab should allow estimates for HVR connectors

Currently, the Usage Estimator tab does not allow estimates for HVR connectors.  The Usage Estimator tab allows you to estimate cost increases based on increased MAR, but currently only shows Fivetran connectors.  HVR connectors are already shown in the Usage tab.
