Other: Add capture support for cluster and STXL tables with compressed LOBS

I have a need to refresh/replicate the SAP STXL table with HVR. Some records throw an error because HVR does not support capture from cluster and STXL tables with compressed LOBS. Please reference case #215824 for more details.

    Hi Patrick, support for this Feature is unfortunately not on our roadmap. If your SAP system is running on SAP HANA, then maybe our SAP ERP on HANA connector is an option. We offer full support on STXL with that connector.
