Connector Improvement: HVR6 connect to SQL Server using ODBC18

Enhancement Request.

Please enhance HVR SQL Server location configuration properties to include "Trusted CA Certification" location.  Currently, customer have to export SSL_CERT_FILE before starting HUB or Agent.  Plus adding HVR Environment action "Name=HVR_ODBC_CONNECT_STRING_ADD Value=Encrypt=Yes;TrustServerCertificate=No;"

    Hai,

    Apologies for the radio silence.

    The trusted CA certificate issue shows up on a Linux system because the CA certificates are stored elsewhere than where the ODBC driver is looking. We can work around this by asking for certificates but it would be better if the driver was improved to look in the correct location.
