Other: Allow user to choose version of Fivetran Log Data Model to upgrade

It will be a significant help to our process to keep Fivetran Log Data Model up-to-date if we can select version to upgrade:

  1. We only upgrade Production to the version we fully tested at QA.
  2. The frequency of these upgrades varies and Fivetran does not provide a specific schedule.
  3. Fivetran does not provide way to roll back to previous version if error encountered after upgrade.

    Thanks for your feedback! 

    Can you help me understand how you handle other connector schemas / data models?

    We don't version for those and the timeline for the schema updates vary (although we try to give sufficient notice), so it would be helpful for me to understand why you want to treat this connector differently.
