Connector Improvement: Support to land empty table for Ironclad Connector

Hi Team, fivetran currently doesn't land ironclad table `workflow_signer_delegate` if it's empty. 

workflow_signer_delegate` is a required table in schema and when it doesn't land in destination it's confusing.

There is no way to figure our if a table is absent because it doesn't have data or because it was not setup for sync (in case of optional tables).

 

Requesting support for ironclad empty tables similar to other connectors as mentioned in https://fivetran.com/docs/using-fivetran/features#syncingemptytablesandcolumns

    It appears that there is currently no data in your application, which is why the tables are not being populated. Could you also confirm whether the correct scopes have been granted?
