Connector Improvement: Add custom tables to connector creation for Amazon SP API

I would like a quicker way to edit a schema for a connector upon creation and before the initial sync, ensuring we include only the desired tables in the schema when creating the connector.
Currently, we follow this guide to edit the schema before the initial sync: https://fivetran.com/docs/rest-api/how-to/schema-status . However, it can take a few hours for the status to update from "blocked_on_capture" to "blocked_on_customer".
