Some connections we want to setup have years of data.  Some of those years of data are not relevant or pertinent to sync to any destination as the time that has lapsed or the way the tool was used at the time, deem them low value.

When setting up a new connector, can I specify a date from when data should have been synced when doing that initial import and historical sync?  I know that this is something that Airbyte offer and is really helpful when setting up a sync to a warehouse that you're going to use for reporting only from a specific date.  Means you're not waiting an age on a connector with a very slow rate limit .... like Trello.
