Other: Enhanced HVR License Expiry Alerts

Hi Fivetran Team,
We have experienced performance issues, including high memory consumption and production VM crashes, when applying the new HVR license. To mitigate these issues, we propose the following improvements:
- Earlier Notification: Configure HVR to notify us of license expiry earlier, allowing RTDS & Fivetran sufficient time to prepare for renewal.
- Integrated Alerts: Link the alert system to existing tools such as ServiceNow or Email notifications, rather than relying solely on the HVR GUI.
These enhancements will help prevent disruptions and ensure smoother license renewals.

Hi Christian,
1. When we create the license we can set the expiry warning period. You can work with your Fivetran representative to get a longer warning period.
2. HVR support SNMP traps which is an old-time - but still supported - integration method. You should be able to hook up SNMP (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/concept/c_SNMPSupportForDiscovery.html).
