Connector Improvement: Add defect ID bridge table for streamed DVIRs to Samsara connector

Samsara's connector currently populates a DVIR table but does not provide a way to bridge DVIRs with their related defects. Samsara provides these associations in the streaming DVIR endpoint (https://developers.samsara.com/reference/getdvirs, 'assetDefects') and the history DVIR endpoint (https://developers.samsara.com/reference/getdvirhistory, 'trailerDefects' and 'vehicleDefects').
