Customer's request: 

We want to modify a condition in the source parameters to ignore blacklisting that’s being applied in the front-end Pendo application. Basically, we want to be able to pull the ‘blacklist’ data via Fivetran (e.g. ignore blacklisting) without changing the information that our Pendo users can see in the application.

Currently what’s happening is that specific rows of data are being excluded from the relevant tables and columns because the blacklisting is in place. Our Pendo AM has confirmed that we are still able to pull these rows of data by simply modifying the api to ignore blacklisting.
