Hello! We are using the Genesys Connector which connects to the Genesys API's. Right now, the way it is setup is that it will pull in everything in the initial load, which is about 189 tables, with about TB's of data at this point. It's been 5 days since we started the sync and it's still going. From what I found in the documentation, there are some API domains which would be better suited to our needs, for example, there are API's for Analytics, which would reduce the data load significantly so only those API's, which would improve our data load as well. Hoping we can add a feature to the connector to specify the domain and only pull in those tables. You'll see API's like Analytics/conversations and analytics/users etc. Those would be specific enough I believe for our use case.
