Intercom recently added ai rating information (https://developers.intercom.com/docs/build-an-integration/learn-more/rest-apis/unversioned-changes/#ai-agent-metadata-in-the-conversations-api) to v2.11 of their api and this is the only way to receive AI CSAT ratings (the rating at the conversation level is null when the only agent is a bot). This version is not available on v2.10 and without this upgrade, we do not have access to these metrics.
