Connector Improvement: CustomerIO - Allow event schemas to be deselected

The Customer IO connector doesn't allow event schemas to be disabled when they are not needed. This impacts on monthly cost management given the likelihood that significant volume is present in email, text and other campaign events.
The specific schemas that would benefit from being able to be disabled:
* customer_event
* email_event
* in_app_message_event
* push_notification_event
* slack_event
* sms_event
* webhook_event

Thank you for raising this improvement request. The ability to disable specific Customer.io tables from schemas is already in our backlog. We don’t have an ETA yet, but we’ll update this request as soon as the feature becomes available.
