Connector Improvement: Commercetools ProductTypes

The Commercetools connector does not load in ProductType data as described here https://docs.commercetools.com/api/projects/productTypes#producttype
This data could be queried using the Query ProductTypes endpoint here https://docs.commercetools.com/api/projects/productTypes#query-producttypes
Other tables already contain a product_type_id which would link to this table
