Connector Improvement: Connector Improvement: Mavenlink - Cost Rates

I'd like to have the option to sync cost rates from the Mavenlink / Kantata API.

https://api.mavenlink.com/api/v1/cost_rates

This will allow us to calculate margins, profits, etc. of projects and resources over time.
