Connector Improvement: Support for processing_fee column in the payment table

We currently have a processing_fee field for the orders table. However, for the order_source_name=’Square Online’, the field is missing in the source response from the Orders API, causing all the processing_fees to be NULL. The corresponding payment for the order does have the field in the response from the Get Payment API. Having this field will help link the order to the relevant processing fee.
