The Monday.com API provides creation timestamps along with updated timestamps for the various objects available in the Monday.com database. We noticed that updated timestamps currently sampled via Fivetran are not aligned with creation timestamps for any reply objects. The lack of a creation timestamp for replies prevents any reporting for first response times.

We would like to see creation timestamps sampled from the data returned via Monday.com to avoid missing data and handle reporting requests around response times. Attached is a picture that highlights the differences between creation timestamps (missing) and replied timestamps (available) for a Monday.com reply object.
