Today the logic of recognizing merged records in Hubspot is really complicated and requires joining another table.

I think it should be simplified by ensuring _fivetran_deleted is marked as true for merged records so that at least we could avoid record duplication. On top of this, it can be marked as merged using another column or complex methods, for clients who wish to analyze merged records.

This will help us maintain data correctness as the most important thing is to have accurate data in our analytics and not have duplications.
