Connector Improvement: Concur Connector Improvement - Add entry_attendee_association

Please add data from the Concur entry_attendee_association API that will be used to connect / join the expense entry lines to the associated attendees.  Base on a completed review of the tables included in the connecter this join is not possible without the data entry_attendee_association. This is needed for reporting.

    The entry_attendee_association enhancement for the Concur connector is now live and generally available. You can find more details in our documentation and release notes. This improvement enables joining expense entry lines to their associated attendees for your reporting needs.
