Connector Improvement: add schema to shopify connector and custom hashing alg

1. I found out shopify conenctor supporting 77 tables that do no meet my requirement, is there way to add schema to sync. like I want this schema SubscriptionContract (API doc is https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/2024-04/objects/SubscriptionContract)

2. is there a way to custom hashing alg for PII? it's only support SHA256 + salt value now

    Hi Kai,

    Thank you for your feature requests.

    1. After working with Shopify, we found that subscription data (like SubscriptionContract) can only be accessed by the apps that create the subscription, not by third-party apps like Fivetran.
    2. We will check the feasibility of supporting custom hashing algorithms. Could you share more details on why this is important for your use case?
