Connector Improvement: Github: Add workflow_run_attempts as a table OR extend workflow_run data model to report on every attempt

Our Developer Experience team would like to monitor and report on performance of Github actions and workflows. Workflow runs can be attempted multiple times and have varying performance. The team would like observability at the level of an attempt - rather than only being able to see the final attempt for a workflow_run.

This is P0 on our side. We're hoping adding a new table is not a prodigious amount of work.
