Connector Improvement: Zendesk Support - Schema Config: Disable Ticket
AnsweredThe Zendesk connector is already very handy. However, there are mandatory schema parts which are not really required in our case. We are syncing the articles only for a AI use case, we don't want the ticket data to be synced and thus, create costs for us.
Please consider making all top-level schema entities deselectable in this connector to allow more universal usage of the connector.

Sadie from the Product team here. Thanks for sharing a use case for our Zendesk connector that doesn't require Tickets! We haven't seen many of those, but we're tracking them. I've added this to our backlog, but don't have a timeline right now.
