Connector Improvement: Rippling Employee Start Date

The EMPLOYEE table currently only includes the created_at and end_date of employees, which prevents us from calculating important metrics such as employee retention, turnover, and tenure.
It would be beneficial to include the `startDate` (Scope: Read Employee Hire Date) to enable these analyses.
