What specific conversion metrics are you currently tracking?
Its number of signups in our platform. Contacts attribute in tiktok is configured by link it with our specific tracking events. -
How do you currently validate the accuracy of these metrics?
Anyway reported number of sign ups in Tiktok is different when we compare it in our database. -
Are there any specific insights you are trying to gain from integrating TikTok data?
What we want to see by integrating Tiktok data is the actual number of signups, MQLs and other conversion data.So right now our data model tracks the signups based on last click attribution. So if someone sees an ad on tiktok but later goes on to google to search and signup, the signup is attributed to either google or other source and not to tiktok. So sometimes, there is a difference in the number of signups we see on the tiktok ads manager and our datasets on preset. Like yesterday, we had 6 signups shown on tiktok but only 3 on our datamodel.
