Connector Improvement: Workday HCM - add to WORKER_POSITION_HISTORY position change reason

We have discovered that some data is missing from the Worker_position_history table and need your assistance.
 
In the WORKER_POSITION_HISTORY Table, the "position change reason" field is missing while the "effective date" field is available.
 
The Workday snapshot below shows an effective date and reason for each position change for each employee.

The absence of a "reason" field significantly limits accurate building the job promotion rates and internal mobility rates, which are essential metrics on the CHRO dashboard.

    Thanks for sharing. I will take a look and see if we get these fields. I don't see them in our normal API response as of now, but if you have any additional documentation on them let me know.
