Connector Improvement: Allow disabling TLS when using Fivetran Proxy

When using Fivetran Proxy to connect to a data source, I would assume that the it takes care of all required encryption of the connection. Unlike with a direct database connection, it should therefore be possible to disable the forced use of TLS, just like it already is possible when we use an SSH tunnel.
