New Connector: JSON Array conversion to Redshift Super Type in HVR

Currently, FiveTran is converting JSON arrays as SUPER type in Redshift from S3 / Mongo DB based on our feedback.

However, the same feature should be included in HVR as well to handle the JSON arrays from certain source systems.
