Other: Let frozen accounts reach out to support
Hello,
When an account is frozen, it cannot reach out to support nor access any kind of settings. How are they supposed to ask for account deletion in this case?

My account is frozen. I have edited the payment details to a valid credit card. My account is not yet reactivated and there is no way to reach customer support. Re-activating the connectors is critical to my work environment.
