Connector Improvement: Qualtrics Connector - change the data process from Re-Sync (full load) to Incremental for Distribution
- The distribution object contains huge volume of records (ex: ~2M) and it is taking a couple of hours to re-
sync (full load) it daily .The distribution data continues to increase daily, and relying on re-sync (full load) is not an optimal solution. - The distribution object requires few distribution IDs (ex :100 K) per day in incremental changes encompassing both inserts and updates.
- Each survey has expiration dates like 7 days, 30 days… (
- If we consider incremental distribution data for each survey based on the send date and expiration days, it will result in fewer records. This approach involves maintaining the metadata of the expiration days for each survey.
