The Pipedrive connector has a table organization. For this table, we would need the history, i.e. the columns `_fivetran_active`, `_fivetran_start` and `_fivetran_end`. The behaviour should be analogously to pipedrive.deal_history.
Background: For Pipedrive organizations, the owners can change. But we still want to keep track of the history, i.e. who owned the organization at which time. With the current implementation, we can just see the current owner.
