Luke from the Product team here! Thanks for submitting this feature request. We checked the API responses and documentation for these endpoints and unfortunately, Meta doesn't provide any additional metrics for these two tables.

In Meta's documentation, post_video_view_time_by_country_id is the only available field that returns values by Location (Country). In the API response we can see the values by country as it is written in the documentation:

This is why we have only one field, post_video_view_time_by_country_id, besides the standard columns and country column in the lifetime_post_metrics_by_country table. It is the same for lifetime_post_metrics_by_age_gender. We have only the post_video_view_time_by_age_bucket_and_gender metric, that returns data by age and gender.

However, you can find the other impression metrics in our page_metrics_total, post_metrics_total and reel_metrics_total tables
