Currently it defaults to CDC and then CT and there is no way to change the priority.  I have an instance where we use CDC for AUDITING in sql server and I want to use CT for FiveTran specifically across the board.  This is causing issues since I am unable to recreate my capture instance due to it clearing the CDC history tables for my auditing structure.
