Other: Always on Availability Groups configuration to support Listener IP Address

Currently when setting up the Availability Group feature we are only allowed to supply the primary IP Address.  Our environment will dynamically switch (typically during upgrades, patching) to the secondary.

Being able to use the Listener IP that will always point you to the Primary will elevate any down to with the connector.

We truly appreciate your input and are excited to let you know that we are currently in the process of building and testing the capability to use the Listener IP. This enhancement aims to ensure seamless connectivity even during environment switches, like upgrades and patching.

    We would love to have your expertise involved. Would you be open to testing this feature or providing source access to help us refine it further? Your feedback would be incredibly beneficial to ensure it meets user expectations.

    If you’re interested, the next steps would involve enrolling you in our test group. It might involve setting up a new replication method, but we'll guide you through every step of the process to make it as smooth as possible.
