Connector Improvement: Add soft delete to Airtable Connector per documentation

The Airtable connector is currently missing soft delete - despite the documentation claiming it is available. Looking to see that rectified.
This is a critical business case that we were relying on FiveTran to solve from reading documentation.

Thank you for your feature request. We are planning to add a soft delete mode in Airtable, could you share some use cases where you find value in deleted records so that it will help us with the prioritization?

Would love this. The most obvious use case here is that this allows users to work around Airtable's record limits. With a soft delete, you can retain your historical data even after hitting Airtable's 125K record limit.
