Connector Improvement: Freshservice: Ticket marked as SPAM
CompletedIn the API for the tickets end point, which is used to populate the ticket table via Fivetran, there is a spam field as a bool. Tickets marked as spam are showing up in reports, inflating ticket count heavily for workspaces that are using the mark as spam functionality.
It's in the API, but not in the replicated table.
