    Thank you for your insightful feature request regarding the Freshservice connector and the issue with spam tickets inflating the ticket count in reports. I’m pleased to inform you that we have implemented this improvement! Tickets marked as spam will now be accurately reflected in the replicated table, enhancing the accuracy of your reports.
