Hey dear Fivetran Team, 

i had already a case open on this one if it helps for the development: #192315

There are missing a column called LEAD_ID. Without this column, the NOTE_ACTIVITY table cannot be mapped to the rest of the model. 

The CONTACT_ID is currently referenced in the ERD. However, close writes the notes to a lead and not to a contact. 

Since this is quite important for my future evaluations of the leads, I am at your disposal for testing or for further input.
