Connector Improvement: Add new fields to the micro_survey_response schema

Hello, this is Mariana from Chameleon.
We've added new data points to our Microsurveys, which are called:
- other_text;
- comment_step_dropdown_items;
- comment_step_other_text;
(these can also be found in our API docs in https://developers.chameleon.io/#/apis/survey-responses?id=schema)
Could these 3 new fields be included under the micro_survey_schema?
