Some data or metadata is not coming in that contains our fulfilment date, among other fields. to get the fulfilment date of an order we look at type: ‘ParcelAddedToDelivery’ as opposed to type: ‘Order’. As im sure you are aware, the CT data is received event style - so for example we would have an event type "order" which contains the original order, but we would also have events which give us information post the order being created like type: ‘ParcelAddedToDelivery’ which gives us our fulfilment date.
so ideally we would receive every one of the events relating to an order(so for instance the table we create would contain multiple rows from one order, based on the stage that the orders at -ie paid, dispatched/fulfilled, returned) so that we can better track the time from the initial order to when it was fulfilled.
This would also fix an issue I have seen that has meant that some cancelled orders never appear in our data. We need this data to get the full picture.
It would also make it easier to view and model our returns ie use type’: 'ReturnInfoAdded'
