Connector Improvement: ADP Workforce Now Delete Operation

Right now Fivetran doesn't support delete operations so the actual employee count in ADP doesn't match what Fivetran is syncing. Deleting users from the sync would help to ensure that the source system of ADP matches to the sync destination for Fivetran. I am sending this data elsewhere to user provisioning and will have to do additional operations in order to remove the users that have been deleted from ADP.
