Connector Improvement: YouTube Analytics connector - Add captions from Data API

We'd like to ingest captions data from youTube videos using the data api, filtering by onBehalfOfContentOwner:
We've looked at the fivetran docs, and can see that the YouTube Analytics connector only ingests channels, videos and playlists but not captions: https://fivetran.com/docs/applications/youtube-analytics#youtubemetadata_1
Captions
This resource returns the transcript of a video in multiple languages(if exists). It is applicable both to videos of the contentOwner and competitor videos. This resource differs from the rest as the response is a binary file that contains the captions in different languages.
Why the business needs it, use-case and business value
Example use case is feeding both text transcriptions and video frames to a tagging system to extract moods/themes/tones etc.
