Connector Improvement: Import Paypal Fees into Stripe Connector

Paypal fees exist in stripe. We can see them in the report. But they're not imported in the Stripe connector. The feedback I got from support is "We checked with the internal team and tried to find the PayPal details in the Stripe API, but no luck. As of now, we are not fetching these details. Only the status and payment method column details are found in the payment_intent object, but not all the information."
This information is currently collected manually by our finance team. Having it in our warehouse will enable automated reports which will save time and eliminate the risk of human error.

Thanks for raising this request. I've followed up with Stipe and confirmed that despite the fact that the PayPal fees are visible in the Stripe UI, they are not available via Stripe API, which means Fivetran is unable to sync them in our Stripe connector.
Have you considered whether Fivetran's PayPal connector could help you retrieve PayPal fees?
