Connector Improvement: Replicate Primary Keys Option for Database Extraction

Other CDC replication tools allow primary keys to be passed to targets as an option, this has pro's and cons so is not something that should be "on" by default but the inclusion of that metadata allows for automations of certain dml/ddl statements via the use of information schema queries. Without the need to maintain that metadata manually.
