Connector Improvement: Notification when priority-first-sync has finished

Hi there!

At the moment, Fivetran only sends a notification after the WHOLE initial sync has finished.

This is causing unnecessary delays in automated processes that only require the priority-first-sync's data.

Therefore, it would be of great value if Fivetran could also send a notification after the priority-first-sync has finished so that automated processes can be triggered.
