Luke from the Product team here. Thanks for submitting this feature request.
I followed up with you by email to learn more about your use case for this field. We've considered adding this field before but noticed it is always the same value in the SEND table for a business unit. It didn't seem to be useful, so we left it out.

Hi Randall, Abdul from the Product team here.
We looked into this request, and Client ID is already being synced through both the ACCOUNT_HISTORY and BUSINESS_UNIT_HISTORY tables. On BUSINESS_UNIT_HISTORY, the
idcolumn represents the Client ID. You can join either table to your other SFMC tables to associate Client ID with individual records.One note: the connector syncs the business unit tied to your credentials, so the Client ID reflects that one. For data across multiple business units, you'd need a separate connection for each.
