They requested that in the future, this kind of message be sent to a current member of the data team. Support said that it can only send to the connector's creator. We'd like to be able choose a point person for fivetran communications, and make sure the right person gets notified (what if someone moves on from our org? will these messages get sent to un-checked inboxes?).
