Connector Improvement: Return Salesforce Instance URL in connector details API

For Salesforce connectors, it would be super useful if the Salesforce instance URL is returned when connector details are retrieved via API (doc link).

    Hi Nolan,

    Sadie from the Product team here at Fivetran. Thanks for submitting this request. Did you create your Salesforce connector via Fivetran API or through the Fivetran Dashboard? If via the API, we should be returning the instance URL (base_url) in your query already (if not, please reach out to support).

    If you created the connector through the Fivetran dashboard, we do not store the instance URL and therefore cannot return it via API. Can you share more about how it would help you to retrieve the instance URL in this case?
