Connector Improvement: Upland Connector additions

Hi, I'm requesting two small additions to the Upland connector.

1) In the `profile_click` table, it would be very helpful to sync the `clicked_url` column in addition to the `url` column. I believe this table is synced from the `/clicks` endpoint, in which case the `clicked_url` should already be provided in the response, and just isn't being ingested at the moment. 

2) Similarly, it would be helpful to sync a new table from the `/tinyurls` endpoint, with all the columns available in the sample response (id, created_at, name, mode, url, host, description, and key).
