Connector Improvement: Additional Paychex API endpoints

The new Fivetran Paychex connector is great but it does not implement all endpoints.
Specifically we are looking to use the
- `Worker Custom Field` https://developer.paychex.com/documentation#tag/Worker/operation/getWorkerCustomFieldsById
- `Worker Custom Fields` https://developer.paychex.com/documentation#tag/Worker/operation/getWorkerCustomFields
- `Worker Compensation` https://developer.paychex.com/documentation#tag/Worker/operation/getWorkerCompensationStandardRates_1
- `Worker Time Off` https://developer.paychex.com/documentation#tag/Worker/operation/getWorkerTimeOff
data from Paychex as well.
