It would be helpful to have an API endpoint for the functionality of changing Notification settings (e.g. to enable or disable all notifications, to enable/disable a particular subscription).

In our environment, we have a lot of end users. By default, they all receive notifications when any Transformation fails, when only a small set of admin users need this information. We often need to inform users they can disable this, or to intervene to change their settings. It would reduce interruptions for us if we could disable notifications when setting up each user (which we do through API calls).
